Client story: Mike – Male 21 years old

Mike came to me because he we wanted to go deeper into his detox journey, after a year he wasn’t getting the results he wanted.

When started he had approximately been raw around a year eating mostly fruit and veg with some cooked veggies.

The first thing I asked for was a photo of his eyes.

One of the first things that stuck out to me was the toxicity in the colon and how it was seeping into other areas of the body, you can see the eye has a darker brown hue around the pupil where this represents the colon.

Anyone who has been 100% raw fruit at least a year is a great candidate for removing plaque as they have had ample time to hydrate the colon.

It just so happened that on the day we started working together Mike has scheduled a series of colonics.

There’s not better time to try to remove mucoid plaque then after a colonic as they help remove impactions from the wall.

I instructed Mike to eat one piece of fruit only for the day and to see how long before it comes out.

He went with grapes and it took 6 hours.

Perfect, we agreed that it would be a good idea to start a plaque cleanse and after a few days Mike started the protocol for 3 days.

What came out during the 3 day husk protocol

It started with a long thick piece of mucoid plaque.

As soon as this came out Mike said he instantly felt a fog lifted from his head and having much less social anxiety, these are common when removing this type of toxic material from the colon wall.

This is a common feeling a lot get when the first piece is removed, others also have a release of emotional thoughts and feelings.

Day 1

In the next photo we can see two color of feces, the lighter the color the more fresher it is. Next to it sits a darker more rubbery plaque, when zooming in your can see crease lines that show it has been stuck on the walls of the colon for quite some time.

Here we got more of the same, 3 distant pieces, on zooming in you can see lines from the colon wall.

From the colors and texture of the plaque, I knew there was a lot more left in there that we needed to get out as it looked fresh and only a little rubbery.

There’s only so many days a person can take husk and remove plaque before they feel pain and discomfort in the colon.

For the first week we were both happy and decided to plan the second cleanse 4-6 weeks forward.

The following days Mike noticed a huge improvement mentality, he felt he was more aware of his surroundings and said all his social anxiety went away (general anxiety was still present).

Mike’s second mucid plaque cleanse

Around 6 weeks later Mike did all the prep work necessary to start his second cleanse.

You need to give the right amount of time between doing this protocol again to ensure you’ve done the work to hydrate the next layers of plaque for removal.

The brown/red shape poop is a mixture of the husk, juice and feces from foods recently eaten. On the right we see a dark black rubbery piece of plaquqe.

Mike mucoid plaque

This was as far as Mike got for his second round, soon as the plaque was loosened he felt a heavy head, very tired and had low energy.

When plaque gets unstuck from the colon as it passes on the way out, toxins can get reabsorbed into the bloodstream causing these feelings.

Not too long after mike started getting cold and flu like symptoms and a lot of mucus comin up from the throat, perhaps it was from the plaque being removed allowed the body to better drain out the sinus area, or the body had more energy to clean up the body.

Not to cleanse are ever the same, sometimes we feel great and full of energy, other times it’s a battle as the body goes deeper into detox.
