I’m Harvinder Singh and I help people cleanse their body with raw fruit, herbs and specialized yoga to enhance blood to organs within the body.
Born in the UK for the past 15 years I have been living in Thailand with my wife June.
My journey started in 2023 when I ruptured my appendix and was unable to get off the floor for 2 days, I didn’t poop for 7 and every breath felt like I was getting stabbed in the abdomen.
I knew if I went to the hospital they would suggest surgery and I DID NOT WANT THAT.
I told myself I WILL do whatever it takes to get my health back.
The first promise I made to myself was that I will do a juice fast until my entire colon was clean of impactions, which lasted 89 days.
Following that I went 100% raw for over 14 months and have been mostly raw since with some cooked veggies.
During that time I removed all the impacted feces from my colon, took out more than 21 pieces of mucid plaque, countless water/dry fasts and deep kidney filtration protocols.

I found out that I had prolapsed my colon and had ballooning and strictures, I knew this would not be an easy fix and traveled to India to practice yoga for organ health.
It was in Mysore, India where I started learning how to perform various yoga asanas to improve blood flow to certain organs.
Every step of the way my wife joined in on the detox too.
I’ve learned so much over the years and now support to others.
I guide in removing impacted waste material and mucoid plaque from the bowel, kick starting kidney filtration so lymphatic waste can be removed, and provide highly personalized yoga asanas based on each person’s organ weaknesses.
Two of the most important things I’ve learned helping others are:
- Everyone’s journey is unique and the path one person takes will be completely different to another. For some it might be doing long water-fasts and periods of 100% raw, for others it may be something more balanced and slow.
2. Doing it alone is hard – doing a juice fast or eating fruit isn’t hard, in fact it’s the easiest part of the journey. Go to a tropical country with hot weather and most could do it indefinitely.

The hard part is having emotional support when detox symptoms arise for us to be able to push through.
I’ve learned people who suffer from skin issues such as eczema, rashes, shingles, boils and cysts have the hardest time because the feelings when detox can unbearable at times and without someone there stopping the detox and giving up is tempting.
I’ve found the same true for people who suffer for autonomic nervous system issues, this can manifest as restless leg, unable to sleep right away, waking up in the middle of the night with panic attacks, constantly thinking or needing to look at their phones.
I suggest to everyone when they detox to do it with a partner, family member or friend for support.
I was grateful that my wife decided do join me, it made everything that much easier, nothing felt difficult, it actually felt fun and every day was a journey we shared together.
Sometimes our own family or friends don’t support us because they don’t understand what want to achieve or are stuck in rigid ideology of healing, and that’s okay. I’m sure 15 years ago if a friend or family member asked me to detox I’d be saying the same things they are today.
Doing it alone can make sticking to the path much harder and sometimes it feels impossible.
